PHANTOM LADY #17 (1948 - FOX) - Iconic (and slightly 'notorious') Golden Age cover by Matt Baker which was referenced in Seduction of the Innocent and led to the establishment of the Comics Code Authority. It was written of the cover art that it encouraged 'sexual stimulation by combining headlights with the sadist's dream of tying up a woman' .
